By creating an account or using Wawapet (“the App”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use Wawapet.
Wawapet is a community platform for owners of herbivorous and exotic companion animals — rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, birds, and similar species. Through the App you can share posts, track your pets' health, browse and post adoption or rescue listings, buy and sell secondhand pet supplies, review veterinary clinics and stores, and message other users.
You may register using a mobile phone number or email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when creating your account or pet profiles, and keep it up to date. One person may not maintain more than one account to evade a suspension or manipulate engagement (e.g. karma, reviews).
You retain ownership of the posts, photos, videos, comments, reviews, and other content you submit (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Wawapet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it within the App and in promotional materials for the App, for as long as it remains posted. You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the necessary rights to share it.
The pet health journal, vet visit logs, medication tracking, and any related features are provided for your personal record-keeping only. Nothing in the App — including community posts, comments, or another user's shared experience — constitutes veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's medical needs, and seek emergency veterinary care immediately if your pet's condition is serious.
You agree not to use Wawapet to: post content involving animal cruelty, abuse, or neglect; sell or trade species protected by wildlife-conservation law or prohibited from private ownership in your jurisdiction; harass, threaten, or impersonate other users; post spam, scams, or misleading content; or upload content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines, at our discretion.
Secondhand, adoption, and rescue-fundraising listings are created directly by users. Wawapet is not a party to any transaction, adoption, or donation arranged between users, does not verify the accuracy of listings, and does not guarantee the health, temperament, or legal ownership status of any animal, or the condition of any item. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment, meeting safely, and complying with local laws on animal sale, transport, and ownership. Contributions made through rescue fundraising go directly to the organizer; Wawapet does not hold, process, or guarantee the use of these funds.
Reviews you post about veterinary clinics, shelters, stores, and products must reflect your genuine experience. Do not post reviews for a business you have not patronized, or in exchange for undisclosed compensation. We may remove reviews that violate this policy or applicable law.
The Wawapet name, logo, and the App's design, code, and features (excluding User Content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by applicable law.
You may cancel your account at any time from Me → Settings → Delete Account. When you do, your personal information (phone number, email, avatar, and username) is permanently removed and you are signed out; content you previously posted (posts, comments, pet profiles, reviews, etc.) remains visible to other users, attributed to “Deleted User”, since removing it could affect other users who rely on it — for example, participants in a rescue event you organized. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Wawapet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content posted by other users is accurate or safe. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wawapet and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages related to pets, transactions, or content shared by other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold Wawapet harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App before they take effect. Continued use of Wawapet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise. If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at support@wawapet.app.

你发布的帖子、照片、视频、评论、评价等内容(“用户内容”)的所有权归你所有。发布用户内容即表示你授予宠哇一项全球性、非独占、免版税的许可,允许我们在内容保留期间于应用内及应用的推广材料中托管、存储、复制、展示和分发该内容。你对自己发布的用户内容负全部责任,并确认你拥有分享该内容所需的权利。
健康日记、就诊记录、用药记录等相关功能仅供你个人记录使用。应用内的任何内容——包括社区帖子、评论或其他用户分享的经验——均不构成兽医诊断、建议或治疗方案。请务必咨询持证兽医以获取宠物的医疗建议,如宠物病情严重,请立即就医。
你同意不利用宠哇从事以下行为:发布涉及虐待、伤害或遗弃动物的内容;买卖受野生动物保护法律保护或所在地区禁止私人饲养的物种;骚扰、威胁或冒充他人;发布垃圾信息、诈骗或误导性内容;上传侵犯他人权利或违反当地法律的内容。我们有权自行判断并删除违规内容或限制违规账号。
闲置转让、领养及救助众筹信息均由用户自行发布。宠哇不是用户之间达成的任何交易、领养或捐助的一方,不对信息的真实性进行核实,也不对动物的健康状况、性格、合法所有权,或物品的实际状态作任何保证。请自行判断风险、注意见面安全,并遵守当地关于动物买卖、运输与饲养的相关法律法规。通过救助众筹捐赠的款项直接归发起人所有,宠哇不托管、不处理也不保证该款项的用途。
你对宠物医院、救助站、门店及商品发布的评价应真实反映你自己的实际体验。禁止对未曾实际光顾的商家发表评价,或在未披露的情况下接受报酬后发表评价。违反本政策或适用法律的评价可能会被删除。
宠哇的名称、标识,以及应用的设计、代码与功能(用户内容除外)归我们所有,并受知识产权法律保护。除法律允许的情形外,你不得复制、修改或反向工程本应用。
你可以随时在“我的 → 设置 → 注销账号”中注销你的账号。注销后,你的个人信息(手机号、邮箱、头像与用户名)将被永久清除并退出登录;但你此前发布的内容(帖子、评论、宠物档案、评价等)会保留并对其他用户可见,作者显示为“已注销用户”——因为删除这些内容可能会影响依赖它的其他用户(例如你发起的救助活动的参与者)。对于违反本条款的账号,我们也可能对其进行限制或封禁。
“宠哇”按“现状”提供,不作任何形式的保证。我们不保证应用运行不中断、无错误,也不保证其他用户发布内容的准确性或安全性。在法律允许的最大范围内,宠哇及其团队不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或衍生损失承担责任,包括与宠物、交易或其他用户分享内容相关的损失。
因你使用本应用、发布用户内容或违反本条款而产生的任何索赔、损失或费用(包括合理的律师费),你同意为宠哇进行赔偿并使其免受损害。
我们可能会不时更新本条款。如有重大变更,我们会在变更生效前通过应用内通知告知你。变更生效后继续使用宠哇,即表示你接受更新后的条款。
